Privacy Policy

This site collects the contact information you submit with a booking request (agency, name, email, phone, and any notes) so range staff can review and confirm bookings. Data is stored in the department's booking database and is not sold or shared except as needed to operate the range. Approved bookings shown on the public calendar display the agency and time only — not individual names. Non-active records (denied / removed requests) are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Terms of Use

This booking system is provided by the Milledgeville Police Department for authorized agencies to request range time. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. The department may modify, cancel, or decline bookings as needed. Use of the range is subject to range rules and applicable law.
